Weather

When I think of weather, a memory comes to mind when I was just a little kid. I was in the third grade enjoying my elementary years. My sister and I were outside playing.  We noticed that the sky was turning a green and yellow color, but we didn’t let it stop us from playing. All of a sudden the siren went off and my mom came running outside to get us. The wind picked up really fast thrashing the trees and bushes around. We ran to the basement and my mom picked up the matress and put it against the window. We all pilled in our little bathroom and closed the door. There we sat for a few hours until the storm blew threw. When it was safe to come out we looked outside and our street was a disaster zone.
