• Piggy needs glasses to see
• With out them he is almost blind
• The boys use his glasses to start the fire
• Jack and the other boys leave the beach and they forget to take fire
• So during the night they steal Piggy's glasses
• Piggy is mad that they took them
• Hey needs them to see and with out them Ralph, Sam, and Eric can't start the fire
• Piggy doesn't get them back because he dies
