A story that made you think. LM
Very different from any thing I had read before. It left a lot to our imagination. MEH
It was an easy/hard read. It was hard because of the type. A good discussion book though. CHales
A book I will definitely remembers. JM
The book was easy to read. Hard to put down after I started. SW
I enjoyed the book because it was engrossing, and kept me interested. VB
Unnerving subject which kept me reading. It really made me think. JK
Haunting! I will not forget this novel. I have to believe in the "light" and "the good guys." SH
McCarthy scores another big hit. Shades of A Canticle for Liebowitz and The Day After. Written in McCarthy's unrelenting, Faulkneresque style. A post-apocalyptic America with a "light" at the end of the tunnel. PS
