      Black Dogs-(Guardians of the corpse)

            This myth is about dogs guarding the souls of people that have passed away. It is said that  the people would sacrifice dogs that are completely black( not one single white hair) and he would be the guardian of the dead. This is fits the separate folklore “Church Grims”. This says that the man that first died in his church would be the guardian of the rest of the people that died.
