| Journal My own experience with the same type, deals with a family dog. My family used to have a dog when I was younger. This dog meant a lot to me. Everyday after school I would look forward to playing with Bailie. These times were very important to me. I would be able to play fetch and communicate with her. Then my family decided to move. My dad decided that it would be best if she went and stayed with my grandpa during this time. This was really hard for me to let her go for the couple weeks that we were moving. Once we got situated at our new house, we got her back. I looked forward to that day since she had left a couple weeks ago. My dad also used Bailie for hunting. I was never old enough to go hunting with my dad until a year before Bailie died. I didn’t get to really hunt but I got to walk along and learn my ways. During these times I thought that my communication skills with Bailie were good. Little did I know, my Dads were much better. Bailie and him communicated like two normal people. It was interesting to realize how well they got along and worked together. They worked like a team. Each one of these hunting trips amazed me even more.
