•   Ralph- who is the leader of the group and the first one to meet piggy.       
•   Simon- is one of the members of the choir and he dies by the end.
•  Jack- is the leader of the choir and eventually the one that has the most power over the kids of the island.
•  Sam n' Eric-  two of the few little kids that stay with Ralph and Piggy when Jack takes over power of most of the kids.
•  Roger- one of jack's hunters and the guard at the castle rock fortress.
•  Maurice- another one of jack's hunters and he is the pig in the ritual that jack and the choir boys do.
•  Percival- one of the smallest boys on the island and he tries to comfort himself usually by saying his name a lot or talking about his past life at home.
