It was a super hot day in Africa, one hundred and eight degrees to be exact. Martha and Barbra were sitting in their air conditioned hut just keeping cool. Martha and Barbra are Africa’s most famous detectives. They were just about to take a nap and forget about the heat when all of a sudden the phone rang! Martha answered and when the man told her the news on the other line she had the most shocked looked on her face! Barbra wanted to know exactly what was going on. The man, who called, Officer Ronald J. Peterson, told the women that the famous giraffe named wala-wala from the Kenya Zoo had been kidnapped! Martha gets off the phone and tells Barbra the horrible news. They begin to think about what to do next.
