My Dad
The most important person in my life is my dad. My dad was there my whole life. The reason for him being the most important person in my life is he always wants better things for us, Something that he didn’t have when he was little. Such as he didn’t have a dad when he was growing up. He also didn’t have a mom either when he was growing up. He has been supporting himself since he was sixteen.
He wants us to finish school and go to college. He gives us everything we want, if he can. He is the greatest dad anybody will ever have. He doesn’t think about himself, he thinks about people around him.
He is always helping people out, and he gives it his best when he is helping. He is always saying yes to everybody when he really deep down inside wants to say no, but he does what ever they ask him to do. He is the easiest person to get along with unless you offend him, or talk about his family.
He is also the funniest person to hang out with. He is always finding something to do; it is never boring when hanging out with him. But he also sleeps a lot. I couldn’t imagine life with out him.
My dad is also a hero to me because my dad took care of all of my sisters and brothers, Even the ones that were not his kids. He just wanted all of us to be together. He did everything he could to take care of us and get all of us kids what we wanted.
My dad wasn’t very good at being the only parent for all of us kids as we was growing up, but he tried his best. The reason I say he was not very good is because there were five kids, four were girls and one was a boy. He wasn’t very good at knowing what to do with girls, such as brushing our hair. But we had a big sister that took care of us, like doing the stuff my dad didn’t know how to do.
He did get us into a school, we did have a place to stay, and we did eat. We had school supplies for school. We did have beds, and covers and, pillows. Also every one of us kids loved what he cooked. He wouldn’t cook any nasty stuff we kids liked, like spinach. We also ate healthy; I would say my dad is a very good cook.
He also still managed a job. He worked night shifts. He always had babysitters for us, like he would get my cousins or my aunt. We all knew the babysitter, so we was comfortable with him leaving. Except my little sister Leah would cry all the time when he left for work. She always wanted to be by him; she wouldn’t let him out of her sight. If he left the room, she would cry. She always followed him every where he went unless he had to go to work.
Still today we love his cooking. We also all want to be with him when he leaves. I would say all of us kids are daddy’s girls.
The two oldest ones don’t live with us any more, and the boy just moved back with us. He also has two more sons. He also just got a new born baby girl. The two sons always wants to be by him all the time, and they cry when he leaves. That is why he is the most important person in my life today, and forever.
