Ferris Bueller’s Day Off

This movie has been out a while now and I’ve seen it quite a few times. The movie continues to entertain me more in the fact that it’s an extremely realistic plot. A kid gets bored with school, so he plans to fake sick, and of course it’s not going to be just him. He pulls in other people in his life including his best friend, girlfriend, sister, and even principal. Normally, the principal wouldn’t be viewed in such a derogatory light, but in this case it gives it a realistic value in that a lot of kids aren’t always happy with their principal. All in all, I find that the film is so entertaining because it’s got at least one thing most people can compare themselves to. When something can easily be believed, a movie can be enjoyed easier.
