It doesn’t matter if you believe in the power of the creator ,what matters is that you pray to the god to give you confidence for the future and pray for your things you have known. Many of the truths and tales today come form the creator story and the sacred white buffalo.
The white buffalo was sent down from the heavens to give the Lakota’s confidence. The buffalo brought this quality and many more to the Lakota’s. From this day on the white buffalo is still sacred in the minds of the tribe.
