The Effects of Not Writing about your Topic in an Essay, AND WALRUSES

By Jake Adamson

Walruses are the cause of many things. If I could, I would name them all, but I can only write about three. There are just so many different effects of a walrus. Mrs. Schulze told us that we can only write about three effects of our cause. So I will listen to and obey her rules for this cause and effect essay. If I didn’t I would probably not get a good grade on this essay, and I want a good grade, I don’t know if I’m going to get a good grade on this essay any more though. This paragraph doesn’t really have anything to do with my topic. Maybe I should change my topic. Yes! That is a great idea! I will change the top of this paper to the effects of not writing about your topic in an essay. I think my first effect will be the impact it has on your grade. For the second effect I think I am going to have to go with the opinions that the person reading this would be. Finally, my third and final effect is something that I haven’t thought of yet, but I will figure it out before I am done.

If you are writing an essay and you don’t write about your topic, it could have an impact on the grade that you get for the paper. This could either be a good impact or a bad one.  Most likely if you don’t write about the topic, you will get a bad grade; but if the essay is written as well as this essay is, you will probably get a good grade.  If your essay is written as well as this essay is and you still get a bad grade, then your teacher obviously likes you so much that he/she wants you in his/her class next year, or he/she just doesn’t like you.

There are also many different opinions that a person could have while reading an essay that isn’t talking about the topic of the paper. I only have enough room on this piece of paper to write about a few of them though. Wait a minute! I could just get a new piece of paper, and after that I could get another piece of paper piece of paper, and after that too! Oh boy! Gee Wilickers! I’m so excited! So…anyways, different people tend to have different opinions about a paper that has nothing to do with its topic. Some people, including a baldy, think it’s extravagant and magnificently magnificent. Other people, including Rubin Hurricane Carter, think that it’s delicious. So there are many opinions on an essay that doesn’t talk about its topic.

The last effect that writing a paper that has nothing to do with its topic have is…No wait…this is too hard. I can’t think of a third effect for this cause.  I think that I am going to go back to walruses. They are the cause of lots of things, I could think of many effects of walruses, at least three anyway. Infact, I already thought of three effects that a walrus ca cause before I even started writing this paper. The three that I came up with are inspiring ideas, food, and entertainment. Some inspiring ideas that a walrus inspires are, well this is one right here, writing a paper on them. Another one, which I am making right now in pottery, is a sculpture of a walrus. One more inspiring idea that could be a TV show, somebody could be so inspired by a walrus that they decided to make a TV show about them.  If a person was starving and they had nothing else to eat, they could eat a walrus. Walruses are entertaining.
