Myth
| Everyone knew Pecos Bill could ride anything. He never got bucked off of anything that he rode. So one time up in Kansas he decided to ride a tornado. He waited for the biggest tornado he could find. The tornado was so big it turned the sky black and gray, and woke farmers up way in China. Bill grabbed the tornado shoved it to the ground and jumped right on its back. The tornado bucked and whirled around swirling its way all the way down to Texas. Tearing down tress and tied rivers into knots. Bill didn’t get scared one bit, he rode the tornado as calm as could be. The tornado decided that it wasn’t going to get Bill off so they headed toward California. The tornado rained itself out washing out the Grand Canyon. When Bill finally fell off he hit the ground so hard that made the ground go below sea level. People now called that spot Death Valley. |
