Lost City of Atlantis is a myth written by the philosopher Plato and was
inspired by two men named Timaeus and Critias.
This myth is about a city that at one time was a super power in the
world. There was a great
struggle between the Athenians and the Atlantians. In
the end the Athenians beat back the Atlantians but the night that the
Atlantians got home there was a huge earthquake and Atlantis was lost
beneath the sea forever. It
is said that Atlantis was the greatest empire ever but I guess no one will
ever know. |
