Orion thought he was such a great hunter and he could kill anything on the face of this Earth. Gaea, the Goddess of Earth was alert of this on what he had said about that statement. Gaea decided that Orion would have to be killed in case one day he might carry it out. So Gaea ended up sending out a giant scorpion to Orion and ordered the scorpion to kill Orion. As strong as Orion is, Orion was no match for the scorpion. After a long battle between him and the scorpion the scorpion finally stung Orion right in the heel. Orion and the scorpion were given honored places in the sky. But they were put at different ends of the dome so they wouldn’t fight again. There are many stories on how Orion met his death.
