·                          Pat Schulze will look into setting up a YEA web page or a Blog site.  Pat will have more information at the September meeting.

·                          YEA committees were discussed in detail.  Deanna made a motion that YEA not dissolve any committees but to add a committee called Grievance Committee.  The motion was amended by Deanna that Grievance Committee will become part of the Government Committee and seconded by Holly.  The Community Service Committee will be renamed Public Relations.  Each YEA board member will have a new committee list in their building for YEA members to sign up for.

·                          YEA has the opportunity to receive a membership grant in the approximate amount of $635.  The organization has already met most of the prerequisites.   The board will look into this further.

·                          The board discussed the idea of giving gift certificates to new district employees instead of hosting a lunch.  This was well received last year. Deanna made a motion and it was seconded by Vicki.

*      The meeting was adjourned at 1:00 by Deanna Garvey and seconded by Vicki Barron.
