In this interview I interviewed
my father. My father played a big part in my hunting life. He got me
started in it all. One of my dad's best stories is the one when he
went hunting with his brothers. They camped out on some land in the
middle of no where. They brought only the necessities, they were ready
for everything. The hunting started off slow but later during the day
they noticed that the deer were all over but none of the deer were big
enough to shoot. With about one hour of hunting light left a 5x5 buck
stepped out about 40 yards away from my uncles tree stand. He had to
wait about 15 minutes for the buck to get in a perfect striking
distance. When it came in his sights, he pulled the bow back and
POW....A DIRECT HIT. He got the buck. It ended out to be a great
hunting adventure.
